Our crew has put in the work building this to be auctioned off with all proceeds going back into the community through SIRCH Community Services.
Info: Bunkie is 104 square feet (can be placed without a building permit) and is 8’ x 13’, full 8’ high inside. Large solid cedar entry door, and two high quality (Jeld Wen) windows. The structure will have an outdoor utility closet that can be attached to an exterior wall. Clad in painted board and batten style with a lifetime steel roof. The structure will be closed in but unfinished inside.

Hi and thank you for your message! The bunkie was auctioned off in the spring and we have just started a new carpentry training session. We are hoping to do another bunkie auction next year, stay tuned for more info 🙂
