𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐡𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐛 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧!
This year’s Rally for Rhubarb brought in an incredible 253.5 pounds of donated rhubarb... our most successful collection yet!
That rhubarb will now be processed, frozen, and used by our 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 to help prepare nourishing fruit servings and desserts for people across Haliburton County.
𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 to everyone who donated, shared, encouraged, and helped make this happen. A few stalks from a backyard garden may seem simple, but together, they become something powerful.
This is the ripple effect in action.
